• Board & train programs require reserving dedicated time and space; deposits for board & train are generally non-refundable once your dog's spot is confirmed.
• Digital/online course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

• You are responsible for your dog's behavior at all times, during and outside of sessions, and you agree to disclose any history of aggression, biting, or illness before training begins.
• Dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations to attend in-person or board & train programs; we may require proof.
• Working with animals carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume the normal risks of handling your own dog and release us from liability for injury or damage that is not caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• You authorize us to seek emergency veterinary care for your dog if needed during board & train, and you are responsible for the resulting costs.
• We follow safety-first handling practices and will recommend appropriate equipment; you remain responsible for using equipment as instructed.
